Located in the Los Angeles area.
For Real Estate: Pictures are taken using both Off camera flash and Exposure Fusion. The images are Digitally Delivered; sized and licensed for MLS and other promotional purposes start at $250 for an average single family house in the Los Angeles region. This is for 10 pictures, at $25 per photo.
For larger homes and mansions, of course you will want more pictures, and we can decide at the property what we would like to cover. I’ll shoot as much as you want; you only pay for the final chosen pictures that are delivered.
For Apartment’s, Condo’s, houseboats, and other smaller properties, a minimum of $250 for 10 images covering the entire property.
There will be an additional charge for travel outside of 30 miles from the 2/134 freeway intersection.
Additional services available include Aerial images via Drone; flyers printed on cardstock; video tours; A Floorplan of the property; and customized websites of the property.
Portraits for Families, Couples, and Kids: A full hour photo shoot at a location of your choice. $500 for digital delivery of the finished photos.
Additional for framed prints, albums, or other printed work if desired.
For Events:

$300/hour and digital delivery of the finished photos.
This is $75/hr, one hour of shooting typically results in 3 hours of editing, so 4 hours total.
$25 additional for delivery of physical media, such as a CD or DVD.
Additional options available include photo albums and prints.
Headshots
Theatrical/Commercial
$175 for 3 outfits of your choice, at a location of your choice in the Los Angeles region. You will receive digital copies of the images from the shoot to take to your favorite printer.
Makeup artist is extra, and available if needed.

$75 for a Professional Image to be used on your Linked in account, or for other professional services.
